No refunds will be issued . All Extensions & Wigs are inspected before shipped to customers. Pictures of hair and wigs are filed away for review if needed. We take pride in providing you with Top Quality products & service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON REFUNDABLE.
If their is any issue on our behalf ( wrong product or visible damage) store credit may be awarded upon review & a thorough investigation . If hair has been manipulated in anyway, bands can not be cut/removed from extensions , colored altered, cuttng of the hair or lace from wigs etc , also must have all the original packaging or store credit will be VOIDED. This all needs to be communicated within 24 HOURS of recieving items.
